We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Coordinator to manage HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement activities. The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating between management, faculty, and students to ensure smooth functioning of the institute.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Coordinate with faculty and staff for training, leave, and performance updates.
Support in employee engagement initiatives and institute events.
Handle student and teacher coordination for schedules and academic requirements when needed.
Maintain HR databases and reports.
Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Assist management in day-to-day administrative and HR tasks.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in HR coordination or administration
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power)
