Job Description

We are hiring a Civil Engineer Profile in Reputed Real Estate Industry's to manage and oversee construction projects, conduct site investigations, prepare feasibility reports and technical drawings, evaluate project risks and resources, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The role includes leading site teams, coordinating with architects and contractors, monitoring timelines, managing budgets, and maintaining technical documentation. Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, strong project management, and communication skills are essential. A B.Tech/M.Tech/BS/MA in Civil Engineering is required.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Manage, design, develop, and oversee construction projects ranging from small to large scale, ensuring timely, safe, and sustainable execution.

·         Conduct detailed on-site investigations and analyse data including maps, reports, tests, and technical drawings.

·         Carry out feasibility studies and prepare technical blueprints that comply with all required specifications.

·         Evaluate project risks, costs, materials, and resource requirements.

·         Provide expert guidance and creatively resolve any technical challenges or deficiencies arising during project execution.

·         Lead, supervise, and mentor junior engineers and site teams while coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.

·         Ensure proper handover of completed structures and services for operational use.

·         Monitor project milestones, ensure adherence to timelines, and prepare detailed progress and status reports.

·         Manage budgeting, resource planning, and procurement of materials and equipment.

·         Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, regulatory requirements, permits, and quality standards.

·         Prepare and maintain technical documentation, drawings, and engineering files as required.

                                     
Requirements & Skills:

·         Proven experience as a Civil Engineer, with at least 7+ years in senior or supervisory roles.

·         Strong command of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.

·         Expertise in site layout, grading, structural design, utility planning, erosion control, and regulatory approvals.

·         Strong project management capabilities with experience handling multiple sites.

·         Excellent communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

·         Knowledge of budgeting, estimation, and material planning.

·         Bachelors or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
