Job Description

We are hiring an Area Sales Manager – Mortgage Loans with 5–8 years of experience in Mortgage, Home Loans, and LAP, along with strong team handling exposure. The role involves driving mortgage business through direct sales, self-sourcing, and team sourcing while leading, managing, and motivating a team of Sales Managers and Relationship Officers. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent disbursements, monitoring daily sales activities, pipeline and conversions, and achieving monthly sales and disbursement targets. The role also includes building and strengthening relationships with DSAs, builders, connectors, and channel partners, coordinating with credit, operations, and lender teams for smooth case movement, maintaining sourcing quality with controlled rejection ratios, conducting regular team reviews, training, and field coaching, and expanding market presence by developing new sourcing channels. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in DSA, Bank or NBFC mortgage verticals, strong knowledge of credit policies, documentation, and underwriting basics, excellent leadership and communication skills, and in-depth local market knowledge of Delhi. Candidates with a ready team or strong local connector network, a proven track record of consistent disbursements, and immediate availability will be preferred.
