1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access and use of the job-seeking services (“Services”) provided by Salarite (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to individuals seeking employment opportunities (“Candidate”, “you”, or “your”).
By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
2. Nature of Services
2.1 Salarite operates strictly as a facilitator and intermediary between candidates and prospective employers.
2.2 We do not participate in, influence, or guarantee any hiring decisions, interview outcomes, compensation discussions, onboarding processes, or employment terms.
2.3 All employment-related decisions are made solely and independently by the employer.
3. No Fees Charged to Candidates
3.1 Salarite does not charge any fee, commission, deposit, payment, or monetary consideration of any kind from candidates at any stage of the job application or hiring process.
3.2 Any individual or entity demanding payment while claiming association with Salarite is acting without authority. Candidates are advised to report such instances immediately.
4. No Employment Guarantee
4.1 The Company does not guarantee:
The availability of job opportunities
That a candidate will be shortlisted, interviewed, or hired
Any specific salary, role, or employment conditions
4.2 Job postings, employer descriptions, and related information are provided by third-party employers. Salarite is not liable for errors, inaccuracies, or misrepresentations in such information.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 Since Salarite functions solely as a mediator, the Company shall not be liable for:
Any monetary loss, fraud, payment dispute, or financial damage suffered by the candidate
Any employment-related loss, including but not limited to rejection, miscommunication, role mismatch, delayed processes, or withdrawal of job offers
Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Services
5.2 Candidates acknowledge that they are solely responsible for verifying the legitimacy, intent, and credibility of employers before engaging in any employment-related transaction or communication.
6. Candidate Obligations
Candidates agree to:
6.1 Provide complete, accurate, and genuine information while creating profiles, submitting applications, or interacting with employers.
6.2 Refrain from engaging in any fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate conduct on the platform.
6.3 Independently exercise judgment before sharing documents, personal information, or attending interviews.
7. Data Usage and Privacy
7.1 Candidate information is processed and shared strictly for facilitating job opportunities, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7.2 The Company does not sell candidate data to unauthorized third parties.
8. Indemnification
The Candidate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Salarite, its employees, directors, and affiliates from any claims, disputes, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:
Misuse of the platform
Violation of these Terms
Interaction with employers or third parties
9. Modification of Terms
Salarite reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or in relation to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur.
