�� Role Overview
The Content & Creative Specialist will be responsible for developing compelling content and creative assets across e-commerce marketplaces, websites, email marketing, social media, and paid campaigns.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with US and international customers, with a strong understanding of global brand positioning, tone of voice, and conversion-driven creative strategy.
�� Key Responsibilities
✍️ Content Strategy & Creation
· Develop engaging product descriptions optimized for international marketplaces (Amazon US, Walmart, Shopify, etc.)
· Create website content aligned with global customer preferences
· Write high-converting email campaigns, ad copies, landing page content, and promotional campaigns
· Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
· Conduct competitor research and international content benchmarking
�� Creative Development
· Conceptualize and guide creatives for product images, banners, A+ content, and ads
· Work with designers and video editors to produce performance-driven creatives
· Create scripts and concepts for product videos and reels
· Optimize creatives based on performance metrics and customer engagement
�� International Market Focus
· Adapt content tone and messaging for US and other international markets
· Understand cultural nuances and buying behavior of global audiences
· Ensure compliance with marketplace content guidelines and international advertising standards
�� Performance & Optimization
· Collaborate with performance marketing teams to improve CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS
· Conduct A/B testing for headlines, creatives, and messaging
· Analyze campaign results and provide creative insights for scaling
�� Required Skills & Qualifications
· 4+ years of experience in content and creative strategy within the e-commerce domain
· Experience working with US and international markets (mandatory)
· Strong copywriting skills with a focus on conversion optimization
· Experience creating content for Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and other marketplaces
· Understanding of digital marketing funnels and customer lifecycle
· Basic understanding of SEO and marketplace keyword optimization
· Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite (preferred), or similar creative platforms
· Strong research and storytelling ability

· Experience managing creatives for US-based e-commerce brands
· Knowledge of Amazon A+ content and listing optimization
· Experience with paid ads creative strategy (Meta, Google, TikTok)
· Strong aesthetic sense and performance-driven mindset
· Ability to independently manage content calendar and creative pipeline
