The COO will be responsible for end-to-end operations of the FR clothing division including manufacturing, sourcing, compliance, certifications, quality assurance, supply chain, exports, and strategic growth.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in technical textiles, protective apparel, garment manufacturing, or industrial safety products, with a deep understanding of global FR compliance standards.

Manufacturing & Production

· Oversee complete production operations of FR garments (cutting, stitching, finishing, quality control)

· Optimize production planning, capacity utilization, and cost efficiency

· Implement lean manufacturing and process improvement systems

· Ensure adherence to international garment manufacturing standards

�� Compliance & Certification

· Ensure compliance with global FR standards such as NFPA 2112, NFPA 70E, ASTM, UL, ISO, EN ISO 11612, etc.

· Coordinate with testing labs for fabric and garment certification

· Maintain product quality and audit readiness

· Oversee documentation and regulatory compliance for export markets

�� Fabric & Raw Material Sourcing

· Manage sourcing of FR fabrics, trims, and accessories

· Develop strong vendor relationships

· Ensure fabric performance meets flame resistance and durability standards

· Monitor raw material cost and supply stability

�� Supply Chain & Distribution

· Oversee domestic and international logistics

· Ensure timely order fulfillment and export compliance

· Optimize inventory management and demand forecasting

· Strengthen distributor and B2B supply channels

�� Financial & Performance Management

· Own P&L responsibility for FR clothing division

· Develop annual budgets and revenue growth strategies

· Improve gross margins through operational optimization

· Monitor KPIs: production efficiency, defect rate, on-time delivery, margin performance

�� International Market Expansion

· Support entry into US and other global markets

· Ensure compliance with US OSHA and safety regulations (as applicable)

· Build scalable export-ready operations

· Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align production with demand

�� Leadership & Organizational Development

· Build high-performance operations and production teams

· Establish KPI-driven accountability systems

· Develop second-line leadership and succession planning

· Promote safety-first culture within manufacturing units
