Job Description
We are seeking a talented Video Editor cum Graphic Designer who excels in both motion and static visuals. This hybrid role demands creativity, technical proficiency, and the ability to translate marketing goals into compelling content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with strong attention to detail, a sense of design aesthetics, and the ability to adapt to evolving brand needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing-
● Edit, assemble, and enhance recorded raw footage into polished videos for social media,
campaigns, ads, product stories, and corporate content.
● Add motion graphics, sound design, effects, transitions, and color grading to enhance video quality.
● Work closely with the marketing team to incorporate feedback and revise video drafts.
● Manage video output formats optimized for platforms such as YouTube, Meta and company website.
● Ensure storytelling flow, pacing, and engagement metrics align with campaign goals.
Graphic Designing-
● Conceptualize and create high-quality visual assets, including posters, banners, infographics, social templates, logos, brochures, web visuals, presentations, and print collateral.
● Maintain consistency with the brand guidelines in all designs.
● Design visual components for video projects including lower thirds, typography animations, thumbnails, and illustrations. Collaboration & Workflow
● Coordinate with content, marketing, and product teams to understand creative briefs and strategic objectives.
● Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Organize file systems, maintain archives, and optimize workflows for future reuse.
Required Skills & Experience
● Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Video Editor cum Graphic Designer.
● Proficiency in video editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, capcut, canva, etc.
● Proficiency in graphic software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva (advanced).
● Skills of using AI tools to curate designs.
● Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
● Ability to create motion graphics and 2D animation.
● Strong conceptualization and storytelling ability.
● Experience with social media content trends and platform specifications.
● Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
