Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and hands-on experience with recruitment tools and platforms.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across departments
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate follow-ups
• Prepare and roll out offer letters and support joining formalities

Candidate Management & Coordination:

• Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
• Ensure timely feedback and closure of open positions
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool for future requirements
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
