Job Summary

SMTP Provider Pvt Ltd (a sister concern of Blueberry Web Solutions Pvt Ltd) is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell its Email Marketing, SMTP Relay, and Bulk Email Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, customer relationship management, and achieving defined sales targets. We are looking for smart and enthusiastic MBA (Marketing) Interns who are eager to build a career in sales and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking activities.
  • Promote the company's SMTP, Bulk Email, Email Marketing, and other digital communication services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and effectively explain service features and benefits to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and sales presentations with clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
  • Coordinate with the Technical Support Team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, webinars, exhibitions, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
