Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage accounting operations, MIS reporting, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in financial accounting, banking coordination, fund management, and ensuring compliance with internal financial controls.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and banking operations.

• Prepare daily fund position reports highlighting cash inflows and outflows.

• Maintain adequate bank balances as per working capital requirements.

• Coordinate with banks for payments and banking transactions.

• Handle bank, vendor, and other account reconciliations.

• Verify accounting entries across AP, AR, and GL.

• Prepare MIS reports and assist in financial reporting.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and banking procedures.
