Job Description

Roles and responsibility:

• Lead Generation – Identify and generate leads from socialmedia platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) as well as through field visits.
• Client Acquisition – Meet employers, businesses, and potential partners in the market to on board them onto the Salarite platform.
• Institute & College Tie-ups – Approach and establish collaborations with colleges, institutes, training centre, and coaching classes for partnerships.
• Field Marketing & Brand Promotion – Execute on-ground campaigns, product demos, and awareness drives topromote services.
• Customer Engagement – Interact with clients and prospects directly to explain offerings, benefits, and resolve queries.
• Sales & Deal Closures – Independently pitch, negotiate, and close deals with employers, institutes, and partners.
• Reporting – Maintain daily visit and lead-generation reports, track progress, and update managers on performance.
• Relationship Building – Develop and maintain strong professional connections with employers, institutions, and other stakeholders.
