Job Description

Salarite is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our recruitment team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and recruitment operations while supporting the HR team in achieving hiring objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand staffing requirements and hiring needs across various roles.
• Source potential candidates through existing databases, job portals, search engines, professional networks, and references.
• Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Prepare timely reports on recruitment and hiring activities.
• Work towards achieving assigned recruitment targets.
• Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment and HR activities.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Human Resource Management and Recruitment.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Quick learner with strong adaptability.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
