Job Summary

The Leasing Manager will be responsible for driving the leasing strategy and occupancy of the company's commercial, retail, and mixed-use developments. The role involves identifying prospective tenants, negotiating lease agreements, managing tenant relationships, and ensuring timely leasing of available spaces to maximize revenue and asset value.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Identify, approach, and on-board prospective tenants for commercial, retail, office, and mixed-use projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers, corporate clients, brokers, and leasing consultants.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, rental benchmarks, and competitor activities.
• Prepare leasing proposals, Letters of Intent (LOIs), lease agreements, and commercial offers.
• Negotiate lease terms, rentals, fit-out periods, security deposits, and other commercial conditions.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, marketing, project, and facility management teams to ensure smooth lease execution and tenant on-boarding.
• Monitor lease renewals, expiries, and tenant retention initiatives.
• Maintain an updated leasing pipeline, tenant database, and MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
