Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain daily accounting entries, ledgers, and financial records.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare and process sales invoices, export invoices, purchase bills, and debit/credit notes.
• Manage bank reconciliation, cash flow, petty cash, and general ledger posting.

Export & International Transaction Accounting

• Prepare export invoices, packing list entries, and accounting documentation.
• Handle international payments, forex adjustments, and Bank Realization Certificates (BRC).
• Coordinate with the export team for shipment-related billing and ledger updates.

Compliance & Taxation

• Prepare and file GST returns and TDS workings.
• Support statutory audits.
• Maintain documentation for export incentives/duty drawbacks, where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Reporting

• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements, MIS reports, and profitability analysis.
• Provide account summaries and outstanding reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

•  Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting; manufacturing/export experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP or accounting software.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and export-related accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, preferably VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
