Job Summary

Responsible for developing functional and aesthetically appealing interior spaces, from concept and design development through execution, while ensuring alignment with client requirements, project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior concepts, layouts, space planning, and design proposals.
• Prepare detailed drawings, working drawings, furniture layouts, and specifications.
• Create and review 2D/3D designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar tools.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and other design elements.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and incorporate feedback.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams during execution.
• Conduct site visits and ensure designs are implemented as per approved drawings.
• Monitor quality, dimensions, materials, and design standards.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and cost estimates where required.
• Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budget.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of interior design principles and space planning.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design software.
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and construction techniques.
• Strong design sense and attention to detail.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
