The HR Recruitment Executive is responsible for managing the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding. This role involves sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the organization’s staffing needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Recruitment Executive collaborates with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.Job Analysis and Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop detailed job descriptions and specifications. Conduct job market analysis to understand trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability for specific roles. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment agencies, to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive outreach and relationship management. Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates. Candidate Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to keep them informed and engaged. Manage the candidate tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate documentation of candidate progress and status. Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers, providing insights and recommendations.
