The HR Executive - Recruitment is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process within the organization. This role involves sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill open positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The HR Executive collaborates with various departments to understand their hiring needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.Job Analysis and Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop accurate job descriptions and specifications. Understand the technical and behavioral competencies required for different roles. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract potential candidates. Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs. Screening and Shortlisting: Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates based on job criteria. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and fit for the organization. Shortlist candidates for further interviews by hiring managers. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process. Prepare interview guides and provide guidance to interviewers on assessment criteria. Candidate Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to keep them informed and engaged. Manage candidate data using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate record-keeping. Assessment and Selection: Facilitate candidate assessments and coordinate reference checks as needed. Assist hiring managers in conducting structured interviews and evaluating candidates based on their skills and experience. Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization. Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and communicate relevant onboarding information to new employees.
