Sourcing Candidates: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract top IT talent, including passive candidates. Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and other social media channels to build a strong talent pipeline. Candidate Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough resume reviews and initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Collaborate with technical interviewers to design effective assessment criteria and ensure a consistent evaluation process. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing necessary materials and information. Prepare candidates for interviews, offering insights into the organization and the specific role.
