The Bench Sales Recruiter (Resource Manager) is responsible for managing and optimizing the bench resources within the organization. This role involves sourcing, screening, and placing candidates on project assignments while maintaining relationships with both clients and consultants. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT staffing industry, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Key Responsibilities: Resource Management: Manage and maintain a bench of available consultants, ensuring that their skills and availability are accurately tracked. Develop strategies to effectively utilize bench resources, maximizing placements in ongoing and upcoming projects. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and internal databases, to identify potential candidates for bench positions. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future project needs. Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough resume reviews and initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ capabilities effectively.
