The Recruiter/Sr. Recruiter (UK/EU) is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across the UK and European markets. This role involves sourcing, screening, and placing candidates while ensuring compliance with regional regulations and maintaining a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of the UK/EU job market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from job requisition through to onboarding, ensuring timely and effective placement of candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract qualified candidates. Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs. Screening and Assessment: Conduct resume reviews, initial phone screenings, and in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Use assessment tools and techniques to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications.
