Job Description

The US IT Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions across the United States. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT job market, strong sourcing and assessment skills, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. The US IT Recruiter will play a key role in attracting top technology talent to the organization while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring timely and effective placement of candidates for IT roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking, to identify and attract qualified IT candidates. Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future IT openings. Screening and Assessment: Review resumes and applications to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Conduct initial phone screenings and technical interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical abilities and experience. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless interview process. Prepare candidates for interviews by providing insights into the organization and specific roles.
