The Senior Recruiter - US IT Recruitment is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for IT positions across the United States. This role requires a deep understanding of the US IT job market, advanced sourcing and assessment skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. The Senior Recruiter will also provide mentorship to junior recruiters and contribute to developing recruitment strategies to attract top technology talent. Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring timely and effective placement of candidates for IT roles. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs, job requirements, and organizational culture. Advanced Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified IT candidates. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future IT openings.
