The Assistant Executive is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. The role requires handling a variety of tasks, including calendar management, communication, event planning, and project coordination. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Executive Support: Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including presentations, reports, and agendas. Communication Management: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and messages. Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence and documents on behalf of the executive. Ensure that all communications are professional, accurate, and timely.
