We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Admissions Manager to lead and oversee our admissions department. The Admissions Manager will be responsible for managing the entire admissions process, from student recruitment and application evaluation to enrollment. This role requires strong leadership skills, an in-depth understanding of the admissions process, and the ability to meet enrollment targets. Key Responsibilities: Admissions Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement admissions strategies to meet enrollment goals. Work closely with the marketing and outreach teams to design and execute recruitment campaigns. Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine the admissions process. Student Recruitment: Manage and oversee recruitment efforts, including school visits, college fairs, and information sessions. Collaborate with high schools, colleges, and other educational institutions to promote the organization and attract prospective students. Develop relationships with prospective students, parents, and counselors to promote the institution’s offerings. Application
