Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and knowledgeable Human Resources (HR) Specialist to manage and execute HR functions, ensuring smooth operations within the HR department. The HR Specialist will focus on one or more key HR areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage sensitive information. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth selection process. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues, providing guidance on company policies and best practices. Assist in resolving conflicts and employee disputes in a fair and professional manner. Promote a positive work environment by participating in employee engagement initiatives and activities.
