This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions. Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries, offering support on workplace issues and policies. Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Address and resolve employee grievances, conflicts, or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
