Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews and offer letters. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions. Conduct candidate interviews, background checks, and reference checks, ensuring a seamless hiring process. Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, offering support on workplace policies and best practices. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and timely manner. Foster a positive work environment by organizing employee engagement programs and initiatives.
