Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding. Collaborate with department managers to assess staffing needs and create job descriptions. Conduct background checks and manage the hiring documentation process. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns regarding workplace policies and procedures. Mediate employee conflicts and provide guidance on best practices for conflict resolution. Support employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
