Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings and resume screening to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. Collaborate with department managers to assess staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Conduct background checks, employment verifications, and reference checks. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve workplace conflicts, and provide guidance on company policies. Promote employee engagement and retention through various programs and initiatives. Act as a mediator for employee issues and implement conflict resolution strategies. Performance Management: Support managers with performance reviews and evaluations, providing guidance on performance improvement plans (PIPs). Assist in developing and implementing employee development programs to foster growth. Monitor and track employee performance, identifying areas for professional development.
