Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Executive to manage key HR functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance. The HR Executive will also ensure the smooth functioning of HR operations and help implement HR policies and programs that support organizational growth. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and selection. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and paperwork. Employee Relations: Act as the point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns related to workplace policies and procedures. Address employee grievances, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance on HR policies and best practices. Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement activities and initiatives. Payroll and Benefits Administration: Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, including salary reviews, bonuses, and deductions. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
