Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment process and deliver top talent to meet the organization’s growing needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies, experience in sourcing high-level candidates, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. The role also involves developing innovative recruitment methods to attract the best talent in the industry. Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various roles. Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements. Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the role. Talent Sourcing and Attraction: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates through a variety of channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, networking). Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Use creative recruitment techniques such as social media campaigns, job fairs, and university partnerships to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Candidate Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing an excellent candidate experience. Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates on their application status and interview feedback. Ensure timely follow-up and engagement with passive candidates to maintain their interest.
