Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and optimize the recruitment process across our organization. You will be responsible for sourcing top talent, managing the hiring process, building strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external candidates, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role also involves driving recruitment strategies, utilizing data to improve hiring practices, and enhancing employer branding. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the full recruitment cycle from talent sourcing to job offer for various roles, including senior and specialized positions. Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions. Conduct interviews, assess candidates for cultural fit and skills, and negotiate job offers. Talent Sourcing and Pipelines: Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates through various channels (e.g., social media, job boards, networking events, employee referrals). Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of talent for current and future roles. Leverage technology and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), to efficiently manage candidate pipelines and track hiring processes. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by communicating regularly with candidates throughout the hiring process. Provide feedback to candidates in a timely manner and address any concerns.
