Key Responsibilities: Student Advising: Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to assess students’ academic needs, strengths, and areas for improvement. Assist students in developing personalized academic plans that align with their interests, career goals, and educational requirements. Provide information on course offerings, program requirements, and academic policies to help students make informed decisions. Academic Support: Monitor students’ academic progress, providing timely interventions and support as needed to promote student retention and success. Assist students in developing effective study strategies, time management skills, and test preparation techniques. Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify at-risk students and implement support strategies. Career Guidance: Provide resources and guidance on career exploration, internships, and job search strategies. Assist students in identifying their career interests and aligning their academic goals with potential career paths. Facilitate connections with career services and resources to support students’ professional development.
