We are seeking a results-driven Human Resources Manager to lead and manage the HR department. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that they align with the overall business strategy. This includes managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will play a critical role in shaping the culture of the organization and fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent. Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, background checks, and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to anticipate future hiring needs and build talent pipelines. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related matters such as grievances, conflict resolution, and workplace policies. Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive work environment. Manage employee satisfaction and engagement initiatives, including surveys and focus groups.
