Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Group HR Manager to oversee and manage the Human Resources operations across multiple business units within the organization. The Group HR Manager will develop and implement group-wide HR strategies and policies that align with the company’s overall business objectives. The role requires strong leadership skills, an ability to handle complex multi-site HR management, and experience in driving strategic HR initiatives at a group level. Key Responsibilities: HR Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies across all group companies to support business goals. Collaborate with senior leadership to define the HR agenda, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, mission, and values. Monitor and ensure that HR policies and practices are consistent across all business units while allowing flexibility to meet specific needs. Multi-Site HR Management: Oversee HR operations across multiple locations and ensure consistency in policy implementation and employee engagement. Manage HR teams in different regions and provide strategic direction and guidance. Act as the key liaison between the HR teams of different business units to ensure collaboration and alignment.
