We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR-related activities within the organization. The HR Manager will play a critical role in shaping the company’s culture, managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives to foster a productive and engaged workforce. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, onboarding, and orientation. Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and manage workforce planning. Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment and addressing grievances, conflicts, or disciplinary issues. Act as a trusted advisor for managers and employees on HR-related matters, offering guidance and support. Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to promote a healthy organizational culture. Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback. Develop programs to identify, nurture, and retain high-performing employees. Work with managers to develop employee development plans and career progression strategies. Training & Development: Identify training needs and create programs
