Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees. The Talent Acquisition Executive will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure that we attract and retain the best talent. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. Utilize various channels to source candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings. Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Screen resumes and job applications to shortlist qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate interview processes.
