Job Description
The Admission Counsellor will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to manage a variety of responsibilities, including providing detailed information about programs, assisting with the application process, and building strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions. The Admission Counsellor will be the face of the institution and work closely with the admissions team to ensure enrollment goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Guidance & Support:
Assist prospective students and their families in understanding the admissions process and requirements.
Provide detailed information about programs, courses, tuition, financial aid, and scholarship opportunities.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person, offering personalized support to students.
Guide students through the application process, ensuring timely submission of required documents.
Outreach & Recruitment:
Actively participate in outreach activities, such as attending educational fairs, school visits, and open house events to promote the institution.
Develop relationships with high school counselors, educational consultants, and other relevant stakeholders to build a network for student referrals.
