Job Description
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Employee Relations & Engagement

Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership.

HR Operations & Compliance

Oversee payroll, benefits administration, attendance, and leave management.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and HR policies.

Performance Management & Training
