Job Description

The role is responsible for driving business objectives of the Retail Liabilities Sales team at the branch, focusing on achieving value, volume, and productivity targets across multiple channels. The position involves generating revenue through the sale of CASA products, cross-sell opportunities, and third-party products such as insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve branch sales targets in terms of value, volume, and productivity.

• Drive revenue generation through CASA sales, cross-sell, and insurance products.

• Source high-value CASA customers and build comprehensive family banking relationships.

• Acquire new-to-bank customers through personal efforts and acquisition channels.

• Ensure daily outreach with a minimum of 20 customer contacts.

• Meet at least 4 customers/prospects face-to-face daily.

• Upgrade customers from lower product categories to higher-value offerings.
