Job Description
The Senior Human Resources Recruiter will lead and manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. This role involves strategic workforce planning, employer branding, stakeholder management, and mentoring junior recruiters. The Senior Recruiter will partner with leadership to design effective hiring strategies and play a key role in shaping the organization’s talent acquisition function.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles.

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies.

Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, networking, and headhunting.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.
Recruitment Operations

Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.

Oversee offer management and negotiation.

Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.

Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).
Employer Branding & Engagement

Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.

Enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Team Leadership & Mentorship

Guide and mentor junior recruiters and HR executives.

Share best practices in sourcing, interviewing, and talent assessment.

Contribute to process improvements and recruitment automation initiatives.
Compliance & Reporting

Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and company policies.

Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate regular reports.
