Job Description
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. This role focuses on attracting and hiring the right talent, ensuring a smooth candidate experience, and supporting the organization’s staffing needs in line with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition

Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist candidates.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.

Manage job postings and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Recruitment Operations

Conduct reference checks and assist with background verifications.

Prepare offer letters and coordinate the hiring process.

Ensure smooth onboarding for new employees.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Stakeholder & Candidate Management

Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

Provide updates on recruitment progress and pipeline status.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Reporting & Compliance

Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).
