Job Description

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. This role focuses on attracting and hiring the right talent, ensuring a smooth candidate experience, and supporting the organization’s staffing needs in line with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist candidates.

  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.

  • Manage job postings and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Recruitment Operations

  • Conduct reference checks and assist with background verifications.

  • Prepare offer letters and coordinate the hiring process.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new employees.

  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Stakeholder & Candidate Management

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

  • Provide updates on recruitment progress and pipeline status.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).

  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with labor laws and HR policies.

  • Support workforce planning with insights and market research.
