Job Description
The HR Associate will support the Human Resources department in managing daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, and performance management support. This role helps ensure smooth HR processes, fosters employee engagement, and contributes to the overall effectiveness of the HR function.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding

Assist with sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

Prepare offer letters, contracts, and coordinate onboarding activities.

Support induction and orientation programs for new employees.
Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as a point of contact for routine employee queries.

Support employee engagement activities and HR events.

Assist in resolving employee concerns in coordination with HR leadership.
HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Assist with payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.

Generate HR reports and dashboards for management.
Performance Management & Training

Support the performance appraisal process.

Help coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
