Job Description
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting and executing a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll assistance, compliance, and employee engagement. This role ensures smooth HR operations, helps implement HR policies, and contributes to building a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer letters.

Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding activities.

Conduct orientation sessions to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Assist in handling workplace issues fairly and confidentially.
HR Operations & Administration

Maintain and update employee records in HR systems (HRIS/HRMS).

Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports.

Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented.
Payroll & Benefits Support

Assist with payroll processing by compiling attendance and leave data.

Support benefits administration and respond to employee queries.

Ensure timely and accurate payroll-related documentation.
Performance & Development Support

Coordinate performance review cycles and maintain appraisal records.

Identify employee training needs and assist in organizing workshops.

Support career development and training programs.
Compliance & Reporting

Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company regulations.

Prepare HR reports and metrics such as headcount, turnover, and leave data.
