Job Description

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting and executing a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll assistance, compliance, and employee engagement. This role ensures smooth HR operations, helps implement HR policies, and contributes to building a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer letters.

  • Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding activities.

  • Conduct orientation sessions to ensure smooth integration of new employees.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

  • Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

  • Assist in handling workplace issues fairly and confidentially.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems (HRIS/HRMS).

  • Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports.

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented.

Payroll & Benefits Support

  • Assist with payroll processing by compiling attendance and leave data.

  • Support benefits administration and respond to employee queries.

  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll-related documentation.

Performance & Development Support

  • Coordinate performance review cycles and maintain appraisal records.

  • Identify employee training needs and assist in organizing workshops.

  • Support career development and training programs.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company regulations.

  • Prepare HR reports and metrics such as headcount, turnover, and leave data.

  • Support HR audits and statutory reporting requirements.
