Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage and optimize the ERP Accounts & Inventory modules. This role involves overseeing end-to-end ERP implementation, system administration, and ensuring smooth integration across Accounts, Purchase, and Stores functions. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between internal teams and ERP solution providers while ensuring system efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support full life-cycle implementation of ERP Accounts & Inventory modules with seamless integration across functions.

Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) with ERP vendors for customization, upgrades, and issue resolution.

Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot ERP processes related to sales, purchase, GRN, billing, vendor, and stock management.

Manage ERP user IDs, roles, and access rights, ensuring compliance and smooth financial closures.

Validate and approve vendor registrations with complete KYC documents (MSME, GST, PAN, bank details).

Rectify incorrect ERP entries (service entries, GRNs, bill bookings) to maintain data integrity.

Support financial closing cycles and generate MIS, revenue, and project profitability reports using ERP data.

Identify opportunities for process automation and drive efficiency improvements in ERP usage.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Accounts, Procurement, Operations) to streamline workflows.

Provide user training, support, and documentation to ensure effective ERP adoption across head office and sites.
